Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DreamUnlock (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

DreamUnlock is an AI-powered dream interpretation platform that provides:

Personalized dream analysis using artificial intelligence
Astrological and zodiac-based interpretation frameworks
Multi-lens analysis including Jungian, Stoic, and precognitive perspectives
Dream journaling and pattern recognition features
AI-generated dream visualizations (Pro plan)

✦ User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

🌙 Your Content & License Grant

By submitting dream content, descriptions, or any other materials (“User Content”) to DreamUnlock, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, analyze, and process your User Content for the following purposes:

Providing and personalizing our dream interpretation services to you
Improving, training, and enhancing our AI models and algorithms
Developing new features and service offerings
Conducting research and analysis to improve dream interpretation accuracy
Creating aggregated, anonymized insights about dream patterns

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, you acknowledge that DreamUnlock may review, analyze, and use your dream submissions to continuously improve our service quality. This may include human review of dream content by our team to ensure interpretation quality and train our AI systems.

By using DreamUnlock, you consent to this use of your dream content as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

✦ Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
Use automated means to access the Service without our express permission
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Collect or harvest user information without consent

✦ Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of DreamUnlock require a paid subscription (“Pro Plan”).

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
Refunds: Refunds are provided at our sole discretion. Contact support for refund requests
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your complete payment information.

Professional psychological or psychiatric advice

Predictive or fortune-telling services with guaranteed accuracy

✦ Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DreamUnlock and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

✦ Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DREAMUNLOCK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DreamUnlock and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) your User Content.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
